Here is a quick shortcut that takes in an audio file - I’m using Lumafusion where I can edit my screen recording, and export the file as an audio file. Then use the transcription shortcut to process the audio to text, then summarizing it via Apple intelligence. On device, using local iPhone 15 Pro and up.

This is trade-off of vertical integration: you get to control everything, but you’re also responsible for everything.
